The local health unit reported a cluster of COVID-19 cases in North Bay over the weekend.
According to the health unit, the group’s only connection is living in the same apartment building.
Concerns are being raised because one of the people had tested positive for a COVID-19 Variant of Concern.
The health unit is working with the North Bay Regional Health Centre’s Assessment Centre to offer on-location testing to residents of the building.
Residents of the building are being asked to self-isolate until they receive a negative COVID-19 test result.
