Hundreds of residents around the Parry Sound District are still without power following one of the biggest storms seen in years.
Several pocket outages remain active throughout the District and Hydro One continues work to restore electricity to customers who’ve been without power since Sunday.
A few of those outages in our area are still being assessed and there is still no estimated restoration time (ETR).
Other areas that do have an ETR should have their power restored anywhere between 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The biggest outage reported is through the Blackstone/Crane Lake area to Horseshoe Lake area – southeast of the town of Parry Sound – where 1,047 customers are without power.
Hydro One says the estimated restoration time is around 3:30 p.m. for customers in this area.
