Another case of COVID-19 is being confirmed by the local health unit.
The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit is reporting its 50th case of the coronavirus in the health district in a Parry Sound District resident, who’s between the ages of 40-59.
The individual is now isolating.
The new case is the only active case in the Parry Sound District and is one of two active cases in the entire health district.
It’s the 16th case in the Parry Sound District since the start of the pandemic.
