Business owners and residents are being encouraged to decorate their storefronts and front yards in the spirit of autumn.
The town of Parry Sound announced Wednesday for the third year that it is hosting the Sound of Autumn Community Decoration Challenge.
The contest is open to anyone with a Parry Sound address and this year, winners will be decided through a public vote.
The challenge is designed to promote creativity, fun, and community pride in Parry Sound.
The town says their hope is to connect our community members and encourage safe social interaction through this campaign.
You can register until October 20 and contest winners will be announced on October 29 – with $700 in prizes going to the winning contestants.
