Market Square Park packed for Remembrance Day Service

Remembrance Day in Parry Sound filled Market Square Park.  Yesterday’s service was very well attended with school children, law enforcement, emergency services, veterans and various service groups attending and our MP Tony Clement and Town of Parry Sound Mayor Jamie McGarvey saying a few words.  Wreaths were laid at the ceremony on behalf of the Federal Government, Provincial Government, Town of Parry Sound, McDougall, the Legion Branch 117, the Ladies Auxiliary of Branch 117, and many school children.  Other wreaths were laid ahead of time from other service groups and emergency services.
