A Canadian soldier has been shot in the chest at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. The injured solider has been put into an ambulance. There are also reports of gunfire at Parliament Hill. According to C-B-C, there are unconfirmed reports of another person hurt outside the Library of Parliament. The Prime Minister is safe and the MPs have been evacuated. The Centre and East Blocks of the Hill are on lockdown. Police say the suspect is still on the loose.
