Humphrey Community Centre getting upgrades

Humphrey Community Centre has received numerous upgrades thanks in part to the Ontario Trillium Foundation.  In an effort to conserve energy and reduce operating costs, the upgrades include energy efficient LED lighting, a new sound system, and the installation of an innovative Water Treatment System for the arena refrigeration plant.  The Ontario Trillium Foundation contributed $55,600, subsidizing 50% of the overall project cost, with Seguin Township covering the remainder.  Seguin Mayor David Conn says conservation and the wise use of energy is a priority of the Township, as is the need to reduce operating costs and improve the overall user experience at our facilities.  Some of the upgrades have taken place while others are on the way.
