Failure to move over results in drug charges

Failure to move over for an emergency vehicle has two men facing drug charges.  West Parry Sound OPP had a vehicle pulled over on highway 400 in Seguin Township when another vehicle drove passed without moving over into the empty lane.  After catching up to the vehicle and pulling it over, an investigation revealed cannabis marijuana and hashish in the vehicle.  The 21-year-old driver from Garden River First Nation is charged with failure to move over, and three drug offences including possession for the purpose of trafficking under 3kg while the 19-year-old passenger from Sault Ste. Marie is charged with three similar drug charges.  Both will be in a Parry Sound courtroom November 6th to answer to their charges.
