A reminder of safety while closing the cottage

Thanksgiving marks the end of cottage season for most and the Electrical Safety Authority has some tips for closing up the cottage.  ESA General Manager of the Northern Region Paul Shamess says everyone should visually inspect any extension cords and store them in weather and rodent proof bins and when it comes to shutting down the power completely, there is a certain way to do it safely.
