The dedication ceremony of the Rotary Outlook is set to finally take place today. After twice being postponed because of rain, the official dedication of the outlook at Carrington Bridge on the Seguin Rose Point Trail is set for 2:00pm today. Everyone is welcome to take part in the ceremony.
