The West Parry Sound Smart Community is asking for your help. The initiative is working towards getting higher internet speeds across the district and in order to do that, they are looking to get funding from the various levels of government. You can help by completing a brief survey online at www.smartnow.ca. Municipalities across the West Parry Sound district have already committed to helping the application process going and Vianet has already pledged a large portion of the funds to help make the project a reality. The initiative hope to build a backbone of high speed internet through the heart of the district and other pieces to reach every corner of West Parry Sound.
