The Bobby Orr Community Centre is getting a new ice resurfacer. Parry Sound town council approved the purchase of a new Olympia unit after it was deferred to this year’s budget from last year. The current resurfacer is now 14 years old and staff says it’s not as reliable as it should be. Staff hopes to use the old unit to resurface the ice at the Kinsmen outdoor rink.
