A new OPP report shows a bit of a jump in Parry Sound-area car crashes.
In September, West Parry Sound OPP was called to 60 collisions, up from the 49 reported in August.
Overall there were 877 calls for service during the month, which is down from the over 1,300 in August. It’s still on average with the over 900 in July and near 700 in June.
Police also laid charges in three impaired driving investigations.
