Foley Community Hall officially enhanced

The newly renovated Foley Community Hall and Resource Centre is now officially open.  Last night, the grand opening was held with Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement in attendance who says the hall is the cornerstone for many events and programs, and these renovations will only enhance its ability to serve the community for many years to come.  Seguin Councillor Bruce Gibbon says residents will certainly benefit from the newly renovated centre with improved recreational opportunities greatly increasing our quality of life.  The project was made possible with the funding partnership of the Canadian and Ontario governments as well as investments made by the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund (CIIF), and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corportation (NOHFC).  The completed project includes the addition of a library and business center as well as a significant enlargement of the community hall.
