The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit is reminding parents you need to make sure your child’s immunization records are up to date before they head back to class. Updated records are required under Ontario’s law and students must have all their necessary vaccinations, unless they have valid exemption for religious or medical reasons.
If you haven’t update your child’s vaccination records you can download the form on the health unit website and either email, mail or fax it in.
