A mayoral candidate for Seguin wants to lower taxes. Ann MacDiarmid says she will do this by instituting a zero-based budget.
MacDiarmid says she will lead the township like a business, by putting customer service and satisfaction first.
She says she also will push federal and provincial governments for high-speed fibre internet service, which she says is critical for home-based businesses. Mario Buszynski and Mark Stivrins are also running for mayor.
