Just in time for the long weekend, National Fishing Week starts tomorrow. A video posted by The Canadian National Sportfishing Foundation shows people of all ages casting their rods. Managing Director of the CNSF, Mike Melnik says they really want to encourage families to fish together.
Co-inciding with National Fishing Week, in Ontario you can fish even if you don’t have a license, Melnik says there are a couple exceptions.
National Fishing Week runs until the end of next weekend.
