Pedaling For Parkinson’s is marking Parkinson’s awareness month by inviting Doctor Lorraine Kalia to speak about her research into Parkinson’s Thursday night at Canadore College.
Peter Istvan co-founder of Pedalling For Parkinson’s says Doctor Kalia is one of the researchers they supported last year.
The event begins at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Since its inception Pedaling For Parkinson’s has raised just over $1 million dollars, including a record $325,000 last year.
