A “quick change” scam in Parry Sound has the OPP on the lookout for suspects. The police say over $300 was stolen when two customers make small purchases and requested change for larger bills, speaking quickly and confusing two cashiers. The OPP says it ended with the suspects getting significantly more change than expected.
The OPP says the suspects are both males, 30 to 40-years-old, with dark complexion, dark eyes and dark eyes. They were also both wearing black jackets and dark clothes. Anyone with information is asked to call the OPPÂ at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
