The driver of an ATV is facing numerous charges after going through the ice last weekend.
West Parry Sound OPP was at the scene on Saturday, February 24th when the all-terrain vehicle went into the water at Waubuno Beach at about 6:00 pm.
A 30-year-old Parry Sound man is charged with driving with over 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol and driving without plates, insurance, and a valid licence.
He is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court on March 29th.
