A Tay Township man is facing a slew of charges after a roadside stop.
The OPP pulled the 43-year-old over yesterday at around 9:00 pm on Highway 12.
The driver was charged with two impaired driving charges, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving while under suspension, failure to surrender permit for the vehicle, failure to have insurance, and not having validation on a permit.
His vehicle was impounded and he was given an automatic 90 day license suspension.
He will appear in court September 7.
