The Business Centre in Parry Sound wants to give local entrepreneurs a boost with Starter Company Plus.
The centre calls their free program a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Development Plan. They say the goal of the program is to help adults launch a new business or to expand an existing one.
Successful applicants will get one on one mentorship from the Business Centre, as well as have access to business development workshops and networks.
It will also give you a chance to pitch for up to $5000 in grant funding.
Starter Company Plus is a free program open to anyone over the age of 18 and not attending school full-time. The program also requires participants to be able to contribute up to 25% of any grant amount awarded to them.
