A Chesterville man is facing charges from the OPP in connection to a rolled-over tractor trailer on Highway 11.
The incident took place in the southbound lane of highway eleven, a bit over a kilometre south of the Highway 124 exit.
The rolling trailer left debris all over the highway.
The driver of the truck, a 58-year-old from Chesterville, was charged with careless driving and for failing to maintain a daily log.

He was also given a seven day licence suspension for registering a warn on a road side screening device.
The 58-year-old was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
