A man from South River is missing.
The O.P.P. is asking the public for help finding David Cogan.
Cogan was last seen around 4 p.m. Wednesday and police say there may be concern about his well being.
Police say he may be driving a Gold Dodge Caravan. The license plate is CBVT 679.
