Three youths from Tay Township are being charged with arson.
Two 12-year-olds and a 14-year-old were charged in connection to a fire at Duncan’s Marina in Tay Township.
This happened on Monday at around 3 p.m. Police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
They’ll be in court on June 7 in Midland.
