The Resource Centre for Independent Living is having a celebration in Parry Sound.
RISE is a not-for-profit organization that has been serving Parry Sound, Muskoka and Nipissing for over 20 years. They promote independent living for people living with disabilities.
The event takes place on June 5 for Independent Living Across Canada Day and also marks the Grand Opening for RISE in Parry Sound.
It will be from 2 to 4pm at 70 Isabella Street.
There will be snacks, coffee, tea, and a door prize.
