The town of Parry Sound is handing out a scholarship to a second year post-secondary student.
The scholarship is for $500.
Students applying for this civic scholarship need to have a Parry Sound home address and be entering their second year of post-secondary.
Also since this is a civic scholarship, the selection committee will give preference to students in programs that would lead to a municipal government career.
