Town of Parry Sound buys new excavator

The town of Parry Sound is the proud owner of a new excavator.
The town approved the purchase of a Bobcat E35i at around $58 755.
The town received proposals from nine companies, but the town with the proposal from Bobcat of Parry Sound.
In this case the cheapest option also was the local option.
The excavator is used for ditching, culvert replacement and road work.
