The West Parry Sound OPP are charging a 78-year-old man on a number of counts.
Police were on patrol in Seguin last week when they attempted to pull over a suspicious vehicle. The car did not stop.
Instead it continued to a home nearby.
After speaking with the driver of the vehicle the police believed he was under the influence of alcohol.
A Muskoka Lakes township man is being charged with impaired care and control, care and control over 80 mgs, and failure to stop for police.
He will appear in court on April 6.
