Movie filmed in Parry Sound ready for release

A movie that was filmed in part in Parry Sound is now ready for release.
pUNK Films announced on the weekend that they are working on a release date.
It also was partially filmed in Port Severn and Barrie
The movie, Porcupine Lake, is a coming of age story set in Northern Ontario during the summer.
According to the producers, the editing was completed in the fall, the sound design was finished in December and January, and the movie was completed Saturday.
