The charges against a 22-year-old man in connection with a fatal accident on Highway 124 on January 16th have been increased.
Thomas Hennig of McKellar Township now faces an upgraded charge of criminal negligence causing death in relation to the accident that claimed the life of David Robb of Ahmic Harbour.
He’s being held in custody pending a bail hearing on January 27th .
