CUPE representatives are unhappy after the Children’s Aid Society decided to cancel their meeting scheduled for Tuesday.
The Children’s Aid Society is currently in a contract dispute with their employees – who have been locked out since December 23rd.
The CAS says ongoing labour disputes are the reason for the cancellation.
CUPE says cancelling the meeting not only shuts out the workers, but it shuts out the community that depends on CAS.
