The bail hearing for the McKellar township man charged in connection to the fatal accident on highway 124 takes place today.
The accident took place on January 17 and took the life of 56-year-old David Robb.
Police have charged 22-year-old Thomas Hennig with the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
The hearing will take place at the Parry Sound Courthouse.
