A 56-year-old man is dead after a collision on Highway 124. On Monday, just before 7:30pm police and fire departments responded to a collision on Highway 124 in Whitestone Township.
Police say a southbound vehicle crossed the centre line and struck a northbound vehicle. The driver of the southbound car was transported to hospital for minor injuries. The driver in the northbound car, David Robb from Ahmic Harbour, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There also was a passenger in Robb’s car, who also sustained minor injuries. Police are asking for anyone with information about this incident to contact the West Parry Sound OPP.
