The New Year is almost here, and so is a new rule in Parry Sound.
Starting Sunday, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores will have to start posting calories for food items if they have 20 or more locations in the province. Ontario says this is to help people make healthy choices. This change will come into effect on January 1st.
