Georgian Bay man charged for having unmarked cigarettes following collision investigation

West Parry Sound OPP has charged a Georgian Bay man with having unmarked cigarettes following a collision in the area.
On November 23rd, police were called to the collision at the intersection of Blue Lake Road and James Bay Junction Road in Seguin Township.
Police found the vehicle had slid along the road due to weather-related conditions and hit a cable barrier.
However, during the investigation, police discovered some unmarked cigarettes in the vehicle.
The 54-year-old driving the vehicle was charged with possession of unmarked cigarettes.
Police are reminding residents, it is illegal to buy or sell unmarked cigarettes without a proper permit.
