A local trail association is looking to complete repairs to two washouts that happened over the summer.
Park to Park has already begun repairs on the two sections of the Seguin Trail, however officials are finding themselves a bit short on the final funds necessary.
The group has turned to GoFundMe to raise about $13,000 to complete these repairs.
Officials say anything raised beyond the amount stated will be put back into the trail to help with grading on some of the washout sections.
In August, the two sections were washed out during a heavy rainfall.
So far the initiative has raised just over $4,000 online.
