The Cascade Street Bridge will be closed for close to two months. Director of Operations Peter Brown told council at last night’s meeting that beginning next Monday, the bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic to accommodate work on the Cascade Street Generation Station.
Brown says signs will be in place to let traffic know about the closure and outlines the details of one of the Road Closed signs.
He then explained the other Road Closed sign.
Details on the closure will also be posted to the town’s website.
