The Fire Danger Rating in West Parry Sound will remain at High for the weekend. This morning, Fire Coordinator Chief Brian Leduc evaluated the region and says the rain across the district has allowed the rating to stay at High. The only fires being allowed are campfires for cooking, warmth and recreation. Always check with your local municipal fire department if you have any questions or concerns. The Fire Danger Rating will be evaluated again on Monday.
