A plea of guilt has been entered by Heather Noganosh of Magnetawan First Nation

Heather Noganosh has pleaded guilty to three charges following a crash on Highway 69 last year.  The 34-year-old Magnetawan First Nation woman was charged after a July 25th, 2015 crash just south of Pointe-au-Baril resulted in the deaths of Andre and Doreen Veilleux from Parry Sound.  Noganosh was in court this morning where she pleaded guilty to two counts of Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle Causing Death and one count of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm.  Sentencing will take place on October 27th where the court will hear pre-sentencing reports as well as numerous victim impact statements.
