A grade 11 student from Parry Sound High School has been accepted into a prestigious learning program. Chloe Smith from Moose Deer Point First Nation is one of 700 students across Canada selected into the SHAD program this year. At SHAD, top high school students from across the country are put into an intense one month program focused on science, technology, engineering, arts and math to help them see and reach their full potential. Smith will be attending the program at Western University from July 3rd to 29th.
