Camp Tapawingo is getting some help from over 150 volunteers from the GTA this week

A volunteer organization from the GTA is doing a big building project this week at Camp Tapawingo.  Volunteer Builders is an organization that chooses one not-for-profit camp each year to help with various building projects.  Over 150 volunteers will start work today and Board Chair of the organization Heather Miner tells us what they will be doing.

Miner tells us why they chose Camp Tapawingo for their only build of the year.

She says the organization is kind of like Habitat for Humanity.

This is the second time the organization has chosen a Parry Sound camp as they did work at the Bob Rumball Camp for the Deaf back in 2007.
