The 26-year-old who crashed into the LCBO in Bala will face a fine for impaired driving. During his court appearance earlier this week, the man pleaded guilty to the charge and was given a $1200 fine. He has four months to pay it and was given a one-year driving suspension. His over 80 milligram charge was withdrawn. The Muskoka Lakes man will not be sentenced to any jail time as previously reported.
