A special Muskoka Lakes council meeting will be held today in regards to the Bala Falls lease. The meeting will be held at the Port Carling Memorial Community Centre to report on what took place from the closed session earlier this month. Delegations will be presented by representatives with the North Bala Falls Small Hydro Project to consider a by-law to lease the lands to Swift River Energy Limited. The meeting will begin at 3:00.
