Another driver has been charged with drinking and driving after his vehicle was found in the ditch. Almaguin Highlands OPP says on Saturday night they were patrolling Leggett and Chetwynd Road when they found the vehicle in the ditch. After investigation, police found out the driver had been drinking and was arrested. The 53-year-old from Burks Falls was arrested and later released. He will appear in court at the end of next month.
