Three Christmas food drives will be conducted this week, with the first being Tuesday evening as the CP Holiday Train rolls into our region. Then this Friday evening with the Salvation Army holding a drive at Sobeys from 4 until 6 pm. Then on Saturday, the Parry Sound Fire fighters will be hitting the streets with sirens blaring collecting non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army, Harvest Share and Esprit Place. The firefighters will be going door to door Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon and of they miss you food can be dropped off at the Fire Station.
