The Liberal Party wants to make sure seniors live a decent retirement living. With the elections less than two weeks away, Liberal Candidate Trisha Cowie says her party will work with the provinces to expand the Canadian Pension Plan.
Cowie says her party believes that the aging population who make this country great, deserve nothing less.
Cowie is running against incumbent Conservative Candidate Tony Clement, Green Parties Glen Hodgson, Matt McCarthy with the NDP, Canada Action candidate Gordie Merton, and Marxist-Leninist candidate Albert Gray Smith. Election Day is October 19th with advanced polls open today and throughout the Thanksgiving weekend at the Bobby Orr Community Centre from noon until 8:00pm.
