Seguin Sled Dog Mail Run

The Seguin Sled Dog Mail Run is a 38-year tradition of wintery, family-friendly fun!It all starts with a belly-warming pancake breakfast at 8am. There will be vendors, demos, activities and, of course, some very excited teams of sled dogs ready to run!
The event is not a race, but a super-fun way to deliver mail! Pre-stamped “sledvelopes” that have been purchased by guests and members of the community are loaded up onto sleds and carried by dog teams approximately 17 kilometres on beautiful wooded trails from Humphrey to Rosseau in Seguin Township. The “sledvelopes” are then hand-stamped and distributed all over the world!
Crowds gather along the route to watch and cheer on the teams. It all wraps with a delicious lunch, a bonfire and more activities in the village of Rosseau.
