RentSmart Training

RentSmart focuses on education to help transform people’s experiences as tenants. The goal is to assist individuals in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful tenants.Some of the topics covered are tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, effective communication skills, maintenance dos and don’ts, pets and housing resources.
This course is FREE and once complete, participants will receive a certificate to use when applying for housing.
The RentSmart Certificate training is a 12 hour course, run over 3 weeks starting Wednesday, September 29th from 12pm to 4pm. The training will be completed virtually therefore reliable internet and technology is necessary.
