The Drop Parry Sound fundraising to continue operations

The Drop Parry Sound is reaching out the community for help keeping its doors open.

The local organization operates a supervised drop-in centre for youth in the community, providing structured programming directed towards resolving problems including substance abuse, youth unemployment, and mental health issues.

“Our community coming together with small donations has helped us keep our doors open in the past,” states a social media post. “We are making another call to our wonderful supporters to rally for The Drop. Your support will let us continue through April.”

A micro fundraising campaign has been launched with a goal of raising $2,700.
